Our impact

In 2021, our commitment to sustainable practices materialized with the inauguration of our two wastewater treatment plants, one in Oran and the other in Boufarik. Oran: The Oran plant treats over 12,000,000 liters of water each month, contributing to the preservation of the region's water resources. Boufarik: The Boufarik plant treats over 32,000,000 liters of water each month.

Hamoud Boualem is firmly committed to playing an active role in environmental preservation. Ten giant bins for collecting plastic bottles have been placed in the city of Blida, actively contributing to giving PET a second life.

At Hamoud Boualem, we believe in social responsibility and the positive impact each action can have on the community. This year, our employees enthusiastically participated in a Solidarity Run organized in partnership with Run In Algeria, where each kilometer covered contributed to providing a schoolbag to Algerian students in need.

The health and well-being of employees are at the heart of our HR policy. Hamoud Boualem is committed to playing a significant role in raising awareness about breast cancer and supporting its female employees in the early detection of this disease.
